Raid Roster (RR)

The Raid Roster (RR) system was created to address one of the biggest drawbacks of having a casual raiding schedule, commitment. A lot of guilds don't progress fast enough because there are not enough dedicated and committed people to fill the raids. Raids end up being cancelled or they do take place but the raid makeup is less than optimal.

What the raid roster does is ask everyone what exactly is their level of commitment - are they willing to come to your raids or is there something stopping them from doing so. The RR is an opt-in list of raiders who are dedicated to showing up to raids, and who are expected to show up to said raids, barring an in-advance excuse and emergency. If the person cant make it to the scheduled raids they must post, in advance or within 48 hours, the date(s) and reason in the AFK forum.

We require our raiders to commit to all three nights and keep 85%+ lifetime attendance. The raid roster will have 30-32 people. If everyone gives 85% attendance then we'll have ~27 people online per raid which gives us some room for disconnects, class/role balance issues etc.

***Anyone may be removed from the roster if they don't perform to expectations or have an absence rate that is too high.***
